Physical Products (Print on Demand)

Physical products sold on this site are fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. Products are manufactured and shipped directly by Printify’s production partners. Roseberry Sapfire does not hold inventory.

Product images are representative mockups. Actual products may vary slightly in color and appearance due to the print-on-demand manufacturing process.

Shipping times vary by production partner and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Digital Products

Digital products (PDF guides, worksheets, calendars) are delivered instantly upon purchase via Lemon Squeezy. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Digital products are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products.

Returns & Refunds

Physical products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.

All content on this site — including text, images, design, and code — is the property of Roseberry Sapfire unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
